This morning during sunrise meditation, we engaged a "Lectio Divina" process with a poem by John O'Donohue, excerpted from his book, Anam Ċara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom . “A Blessing for the Senses” May your body be blessed. May you realize that your body is a faithful and beautiful friend of your soul. And may you be peaceful and joyful and recognize that your senses are sacred thresholds. May you realize that holiness is mindful, gazing, feeling, hearing, and touching. M

Today is Thursday, January 1st, 2026—congratulations, we made it!  If you had a night of celebration, watching an enormous ball or shoe or other item drop as a clock counted down to midnight in every time zone, woo-hoo!
