This morning during sunrise meditation, we engaged a "Lectio Divina" process with a poem by John O'Donohue, excerpted from his book, Anam Ċara: A Book of Celtic Wisdom . “A Blessing for the Senses” May your body be blessed. May you realize that your body is a faithful and beautiful friend of your soul. And may you be peaceful and joyful and recognize that your senses are sacred thresholds. May you realize that holiness is mindful, gazing, feeling, hearing, and touching. M

I will not rescue you   Because you are not lost   I will not help restore your power because your power is not missing   I will not heal you   For I cannot heal what is not broken~          For your wholeness illuminates a complete majestic aura around you.
