The Metaphysical Chapel of Life Has Applied for ANTN Membership

UPDATE: As of May 20th, 2026, the Metaphysical Chapel of Life has been approved as an annual organizational member of the Affiliated New Thought Network (ANTN).

In April, the Metaphysical Chapel of Life's Board of Directors and Board of Ministers both voted for the Chapel to apply for membership as a church organization with the Affiliated New Thought Network (ANTN).

What is ANTN?

ANTN is a worldwide network that includes New Thought centers, churches, organizations, independent ministries and ministers, Religious Science practitioners, licensed Unity teachers and chaplains, authors, speakers, musicians, podcasters, students and others who embrace New Thought principles, but don’t necessarily fit in any of those categories. In other words, ANTN includes you! We believe Divine Consciousness is the sole authority and value transformation, connection and community.

That describes us well. The Chapel has always been a spiritual home for people who don't fit society's boxes, and ANTN is a network built exactly for that. Rooted in the belief that God resides within every individual — that soul growth, dedicated service, and Universal Law are the substance of a spiritual life — the Chapel accept all people, all paths, and all expressions of the Divine.

After 40+ years of metaphysical spirituality in Hampton Roads, ANTN membership is a step toward connection with a broader community of spirit-led ministries and the shared resources that help sustain independent spiritual communities like ours.

This application does not impact the Chapel's structure or autonomy in any way.
