Returning to the Light: Healing Our Core Wound of Disconnection

Alright, well, I'm very blessed to be here and I'd like to start off with prayer. So let us pray.

Father, Mother, God, Heavenly Creator I ask for the connection to be made to the Higher Self. That your words… Your guidance will come through me. And touch all that is needed today. We ask this in Christ's light, in Christ's name. Amen.

So, I was figuring out this talk today. And the first words that I was guided was —(on my) little notepad:

"I am not wanted."

All of us have felt that. All of us have gone through this type of… experience.

And I go, okay, God, you gotta guide me as I make sure that Jesus is upright here, so… There's a little Jesus (statue). He needs to be upright. So, the first thing that I want to talk about is that God guided me. For our full lecture. It's not a woe is me thing. Okay.

Near-Death Experiences and the Longing for Light

Some joy guides are here with me today, too. So, I know, I think last time I did talk briefly about my NDEs. So I want to go back to that because it will explain the core wound that we all are experiencing here. And that's one of them. So…

I did have a regular birth, okay? My mom did have me. And about 10 days later, I was taken back to the hospital with a staph bacteria infection in my kidneys. And from there on in, I went through three near-death experiences as a 10-day-old infant. I guess 10, 11, 12, I

don't know how many days. Never got the understanding of how I went through that.

But all I know is I was hooked up to a lot of tubes, and my little pinky pulled them out. That's what I know. And G-tube, I'm sure. And I had a priest read the last rites 3 times to me. So, I must have been pretty pitiful. Pretty near death, okay? And so, after the third blessing, I finally pulled through.

So, I got to experience something that cognitively, I don't remember, but I know in doing near-death, I mean, past life regressions, I would go through that, and one of the things that I was told during that past life regression is that I went up and was able to gather more light and come back each time.

So, and so I remember to me, physically, what it feels like to be embraced in that light. And then… I felt like I felt that light to my very core, or I don't believe I would come back. If I hadn't, I would have stayed there. It would have been very easy to stay there, okay?

So, I also had another NDE from having my firstborn son at birth. I went into shock and lost so much blood, you know, I left my body. And that experience changed me dramatically, because I knew what it felt as a young adult having a child. I think I was 24 at that time.

And… It was so… palpable. That light, that love, that inner connection, that I never felt while I was here on this earth. And there's 20 some years. So that experience did definitely change me.

So because of the multiple NDEs, I felt different. A lot of people will go through depression after you go through an NDE. I don't know how many people remember having one and going through that, but your depression has a lot to do with wanting to be enfolded in the light and feeling excluded from that light once you're back here on this 3D plane.

Our Core Wound: Disconnection from God

So… So I felt these… feelings. I felt left behind. I felt abandoned. I feel… I felt like I didn't have that light within me. And I realized that all we really want is to be surrounded or connected to the light, to be loved, to be valued, to be safe, to be accepted. And sometimes we seek that light outside of us through many things. Through our behaviors, our habits, our work.

Oh. Because of that… connection to the light. It was… To me, I felt everybody had that connection. I didn't know any different. And after that connection, after I had my son, I started having many, many, many, many spiritual experiences. Even to this day, I still have them. Sometimes they even interrupt me while I'm driving.

It's not a good thing to do that. I asked them, you know, I'm driving. Is somebody got the wheel with me? And they assured me that they did. And then I got back in the car after I had that and the whole panel was I shocked it or did something to it. So. Obviously. I figured out how to fix that, and I did. So, so this… this connection that we have with these spiritual experiences, are profound to me.

And I… want to share that feeling that. Feeling… not included. In… this world that you feel different. I mean, I bet you everybody here has always felt different than other people. There… when we are in the seeking energy of, you know, feeling that connection to God, feeling that connection to that love. Which is a divine connection, it's… It's real.

And I find that as we connect to those experiences and hold them in that divine light and in that divine… I mean, to me, I feel like it's an awe. You know, I'm having that awe moment when I have those spiritual experiences. And it continues to bring forth that memory of feeling that awe.

So. So when I say, oh, let's just connect to God. To me, it's easy. It may not be that easy, everybody, for everybody here, or everybody on Zoom. And… I'm here to tell you that it's coming. We are moving into a light age. We will have that deep connection to source.

It's around the corner. I do totally believe that we're opening up and experiencing this. But I'm. Did a detour. So let me go back to my talk here. Because our connection to God is natural, it's natural with it. It's just our nature to connect. But a lot of people will have to go out into the, into the, you know, woods or into nature, into the beach or music. Or be around loved ones.

I had such a lovely experience last Wednesday with my little six-year-old granddaughter. To me, I was in heaven. We made a fairy garden together. And that felt like heaven to me. So loved ones can bring that energy to you.

So, our best choice is to look within to find that light and that presence in your heart. But we have this habit of seeking it outside of us. We want it outside. I mean… I could not have wished for a more wonderful afternoon with my granddaughter. That would be outside, but it was in my mind with her that I was told to make that fairy garden and help her with that. So, it came from within first, and then… she loves fairies, so… Just a natural match. So… Looking at all of this, that light presence is within your heart.

And to me, light can mean many things. It's the presence that we feel, that shifting of that energy in your heart center. We can't find it in the intellect. The intellect really loves to mess with us, so does the ego mind, which is connected to the ego… I mean, and to the intellectual mind, too.

So our core wound is not feeling connected to God. Every pram… every religion, every aspect of this world is that if you're connected to God, you feel like there's… a whole group of people around you. Now, since, Ireland, I have stayed at home a lot by myself, and I have a big group of people hanging out with me. And I enjoy them, and I never feel alone anymore.

So, our core wound… is the opposite of sin. Our core wound is basically… where we feel… And when, when you think of sin, you think of that you went against some laws, but to me, those are universal laws, that that presence of God is always within us, that sin means that we make decisions and choices that are without God.

In the Huna belief, sin means without God. And… Just think, if everybody was guided by that wisdom and that connection, then this world would be a different place, and that's where we're going. We are moving in that direction.

So… with sin means with being without God's influence, so… If you bring in God's energy every single day and ask for it to guide everything you do, every word, every action, every choice, every thought, then you're always with God.

So, ask God to be a partner with… for you every day, by prayer, by creating your day. Initially, before you even get out of bed, I love to do that. I see my whole day going very well. And having a very nice sleep. Restorative sleep.

Healing Ancestral Wounds

So we are here to heal ourselves and our ancestry line, of our wounds, because all our wounds are not necessarily originated from us. Our wounds can be in your DNA. Which our DNA records. That 10% of the brain, there's a lot more to the brain than what we think, and the DNA is where some wounds are actually stored, and they'll get activated at certain points in your life. If you want to read more about that.

There is a wonderful book by Mark Wolynn, and it's called It Didn't Start With You. Very, very good book. It gives you an understanding of epigenetics. Epigenetics tend to tell you that certain things will come up in your life in certain levels. Same age, let's say… I'll give you an example of the book.

A grandfather of this young boy died in World War II. He was a plane, he was a pilot, and his plane crashed. And at the same age his grandfather was had had died. He started feeling very. Umm. He couldn't leave the house, he couldn't do anything, he couldn't work, and then there was a connection to the grandfather and the grandson. At the same time, that energy turned on within the grandson that he could not leave the home. He was so afraid of everything. He was afraid he was gonna die. So… so the grandfather ended up giving him that DNA, and he worked it out, by this… thankfully, this therapist, Mark Wolynn.

He does constellation therapies. I don't know if anybody heard of constellations, so that's a really good place to get some healing if it's coming in from a different angle than your line of DNA. Well, it is your line of DNA. We're here to actually heal that ancestor line because we're coming to a close here. This is a one year, so we are still closing out the nine year somewhat.

Another way to actually move into where we want to shift our thinking. Because if we shift our thinking processes, we'll know that we are always connected to God, we're always here, and God's always with us.

I love this affirmation. I've said it a million times, but I'm gonna say it again. That's the only thing I got from Blossom Goodchild on YouTube is this affirmation. I mean, I've got other things, but she's a lovely lady, but it's just too much information to listen to everybody anymore. But the affirmation is,

"I am the light, I am the love, I am the truth, I am."

And that will shift you very quickly when you are in your little pity party going down the stream. And boy, is it easy to go into that pity party these days. We're going through a lot, on a… to me, a somatic or a physical form, because we're feeling everything that's going on, and we're feeling the changes, and we don't see anything else changing, except for when I… when our… in ourselves. So…

And when you realize that you're adding to your DNA, you're adding to more DNA for light, more DNA to connect to God, more DNA to connect to your wounds. And when I say that we are moving through our wounds right now, we're moving through them very quickly. So…

So when you release those wounds, and the biggest thing that I feel about wounds is that we have to feel them. We have to feel them in our body, we have to locate them, and we have to feel that we go through a energy, emotional release with that.

We'd like to iron over it. We'd like to put it in a little box. We'd like to store it somewhere else so we don't have to deal with it. But that's not where we are. We're not there anymore. We have to open those boxes. We have to take out those wounds. We have to feel them.

And when I wrote that, I felt that. Because that's the… the information I got in my own childhood. Well, when you're one of five, you get lost anyways. So, so I became the… the peacekeeper, and I made sure I did everything I needed to do for my mother, including taking care of my youngest sister.

So, I know what you have to do to overcome those wounds, to be accepted, to… so, all of those things have to be… shored up. All of those wounds, those words, those thought patterns. I believe that everybody's actually working on their patterns now. We come up with more and more understanding of why we did what we did.

And the good news, if we didn't feel safe in our childhood, we're more intuitive than anybody else, because that was a safety mechanism. So, so gift yourself alone time with God. Quiet time.

And if you can't, the bathroom's a great place to go. Fill up the bathtub, put some salts in them, and just feel those feelings, and let that bath water out, and let those feelings go right down that drain. That's a really good way to do it. I like to fill myself up with light, push all of those feelings out into the water. Imagine they're just falling off out of the pores of your skin. Yay. And then you just stay in the water, let it drain, and you can feel the water just going down and you're going, I'm letting it go. It's so easy. There it goes.

Discerning Our Thoughts: Four Questions for Clarity

So, and the other thing that I find… And our thinking process. Is this, is this my thought? Is this another… just a random thought that I'm picking up?

And when you come into that level of discernment, you'll be able to know that that's your ego mind telling you something. That's the war between your ears. That's the part of us that wants to… you know, it's your patterns. Oh, I'm going so… I'm doing so well, I'm doing so well, and then all of a sudden the shoe drops, and then you have that… You have that one

thing about not feeling good, about being shamed, about being blamed, about whatever.

So…

These four questions will help you with that.

Is it true?

Is it absolutely true that you're feeling this way for a reason?

Is that your ego mind?

Well, it's not true, so you say no. Is it absolutely true? You go, no, that's not true about me. I don't… What's the emotion around that thought?

And you look at that dot and you go, I felt disrespected. And who would you be without that thought? I'd be back to being the happy me. So, know what triggers What triggers you? So, that… what emotion around that thought.

When you come up with that understanding of that emotion, then you can take that emotion and say, bring it back to you. Where have I felt that before? So you can come up with these understandings and go, oh, well, that's my trigger. I'm going to put it right there, and when I can, I'm going to go back to it and look at it. So that discernment about trying to figure out what your wounds, how to clear them, and.

To me, when you clear them through these questions, and any questions. You can… why am I thinking that? Is that my thought? And then you might hear a little no in your head, or you might hear, oh, something got triggered, I have to look at that again.

So… So the wounds are what we're working on, the thought patterns of changing our mind. The ego mind is diminishing, but it's not going to give up. Not that easy. It does want to create some kind of wound and some kind of uproar.

So, what I like about the ego mind is I like to treat it like a 4-year-old or a 3-year-old, put it to bed and tell it goodnight-night. I even give it a passy. And I have a very nice sky. It looks like, you know, stars and planets all lit up in there. And the ego mind loves it, so there you go, that's… that's how I treat it, because it is like a 3-year-old, or a 4-year-old, or whoever's creating this… this junk in our head. It's coming, it's being untangled as we're talking, so,

Restoring Ourselves in the Light Age

So our soul is our connection to God. Listen to your… Listen to your quiet, natural… connection to… through your breath, and the quiet, and nature always helps.

Mmm. Oh, I've got to have to tell you this. This is so funny. So I go outside. To meditate. On my nice outdoor environment. And I'm out there, and it's so quiet, I hear nothing but the birds. In the last few months, my neighbor put in a vole vibrational sound machine, and I hear… Doo! Doo! So now I hear it in my meditations, no matter where I am. I'm so sorry to tell you that. So now I have a little… few paces, and I hear it sound like that, so anyways… It's so easy to consolidate and create, so you have to override things sometimes.

So, our soul is, I love, I love meditating out in nature and hearing the birds. It's, it's, it's the primo of meditation, so… regardless of what other sounds I hear in the background.

So, as you connect, you will find that presence within you, that light. And that's another thing about meditating outside in the light. There are codes that are coming in from the sunlight. So, you're absorbing them, so get some skin showed, okay? So we can absorb them. And even with your eyes closed, you can still allow the sun to come in, through your eyes early in the morning and late at night, not during the hot sun.

So, we are now moving into this light age. We're in a transitional period right now. And because of that, we're really, really, really being pushed to work on being the light beings that everybody here is. We're now moving into a time to restore ourselves first. Just like in the airplane, you can put the oxygen on first, and then take the other oxygen to your child, or whoever it is that needs help.

So, we're now wanting, especially through now and until August, that the end of August, I do believe we're going to be in a bigger transitional period than we were before. So…

Let's restore ourselves. To the fullest. We may not have all our gifts given to us at this time. But we can hold that frequency of light. We can be the light for others, and it doesn't mean that we have to do anything different.

A Story of Faith: The Dog Ramp

So… I have to tell you a little story. Before I end. So, I… I have this geriatric dog. He's 18. And… He's a little blind. He's a little deaf. And his smell is probably not as good as it was. But he loves to get harnessed up, and he likes to go for a walk, and he eats, and he takes care of all his business. He's still not that old. But…

He can read me, and I can read him, and it's not a good thing. Umm. I kind of made a joke, I'm about ready to kill him. At 18. And sometimes in the morning, he doesn't get up before 8 o'clock, I go in there and see if he's breathing or not, you know, I mean… So, my bed is too tall for him. I've gotten stares. I've gotten all sorts of stuff. He doesn't like them.

So, 4 times a night, 3 times a night, he barks. So I get out of bed, pick them up, and put them on the bed. Well, that has interrupted my sleep. Dramatically.

So I'm praying, okay, God, what am I supposed to do? And I've never really considered a ramp before, but I thought. And… but I've ordered all sorts of stuff from Amazon, and I've never… he's never really taken to any of them.

So I'm somewhere, and a friend of mine says. Well, so-and-so got so-and-so from so-and-so, do you want it? And I go, what is it? It's a dog ramp. I go, a dog ramp? Well, let me try it. How much do they want for it? Oh, it's free! I go, brand new, and in the box of Amazon. I go, okay!

Hallelujah! Thank you, God. Hallelujah! Thank you, God. It worked. I have gotten the best night's sleep since, last Monday. And he's gonna live as long as he can. But… You know, God works in that way for us. We don't know something to take care of something, but maybe God knows, and if we ask Him, please, please help the dog live longer. Please help me. And… Missed, you know, magically? God provides.

And it's quite interesting when you ask for things. When you put that into awareness of how it can help you. And how you then get a good night's sleep, you can help others. So, it works in the most mysterious way, but God's got a plan, and God's got our soul, and it's all entwined into one, and I do… Think that when we do put our our desires front and center, and ask for it, it comes to us, so… And I know that…

Closing Blessing

This is a painful time of moving into the light to clean out your wounds. Be… be more… available to feel your feelings. Write down your feelings, write down things that you want to let go of, and ask God to take them from you. Ask God to bring a healing angel to you. It's… it's all available.

And that's the thing that I think is most important, is that we have that connection, we have that love, we have that support, and the more we trust it, the more we open up to it, the more we're gonna receive it, so… So, be the light for others, and I'm sending y'all love and peace and quiet. Blessings.
