Procedure for submitting an item to the Board of Directors for Consideration


The Metaphysical Chapel of Life Board of Directors meetings are held the first Sunday of each month following regular services, unless otherwise noted. These meetings are now joint meetings, with at least one representative from the Board of Ministers also present to constitute a joint meeting. Be sure and check our "Events" page to confirm upcoming Board Meeting dates—our April 2026 meeting, for example, will take place on the second Sunday, since the first Sunday is Easter this year.


Below are the guidelines for anyone wishing to submit an item to the boards for consideration.


Members who wish to address the board must submit their request, in writing, two weeks prior to a board meeting. Please use the forms to ensure we gather all necessary information (linked below). Any request brought to the board while in session will usually be tabled until the next meeting, with the exception of emergent issues.


Individuals wishing to submit a class / training, event, or guest speaker proposal should use the appropriate form linked at the bottom of our LinkTree page:


Other items can be emailed to the current board president and secretary, submitted via a contact form on our website, or placed in the Chapel’s comment box (located in the foyer, outside the Sanctuary doors).
