Stanley Maszczak (he/they) is an ordained minister with the Chapel, as well as a military retiree, transpersonal coach, and seminary student whose work is shaped by his journey out of Christian fundamentalism as a gay and gender-nonconforming person. He served over 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserve—during both the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” era and after its repeal—in military police, public affairs, and broadcast journalism, later supporting Equal Opportunity and Harassment Prevention programs. Stanley joined the Metaphysical Chapel of Life in 2018, served on the board of directors, and currently supports the community as a minister and our newsletter editor. As a lifelong learner, he has a B.A. in American Studies, a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, and is currently completing his Certificate in Spirituality and Social Change—the first step toward a Master of Divinity at the Pacific School of Religion. His vocation centers spiritual growth, inclusive community, and the integration of lived experience with embodied metaphysical practice.

A former Licensed Practical Nurse with over 40 years of experience, Lori brings a wealth of healing knowledge to the Chapel. She is a Healing Touch for Animals Practitioner®, Attuned Sekhmet Reiki Practitioner, Animal Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Crystal & Chakra Healer. She has studied under renowned teachers including Geehan Rakha, Lisa Powers, and International Master Dowser Raymon Grace, and has shared her expertise by teaching at dowsing groups and the Memorial Spiritualist Church. At the Chapel, she regularly offers healing during Sunday services and animal healing at our monthly Psychic Fairs. Brien Egan, CHt, CRM, CKRM is an author, certified hypnotherapist, a reiki master, karuna reiki master, maestro shaman from the Shipibo lineage from Peru, pranic energy worker, crystal bowl sound healer, EFT practitioner, quantum touch practitioner, sedona method practitioner, chakra cleansing teacher, qi gong teacher, an ordained minister from the Essene New Life Church, has his B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Special Education and is the director of the Sound Healing Conservatory. He has been practicing and teaching spirituality for over 21 years. He has done a lot of work with children, families and individuals by leading workshops, classes and through individual or group sessions. Sharon was raised in the Conservative Baptist faith but began her exploration of metaphysics and psychic development at the age of 17 when she was introduced to the teachings of Edgar Cayce. She became a lifelong learner in these areas and continues her studies today. Sharon currently serves as an evidential psychic medium at the Chapel's Psychic Fairs and is developing her skills as a Presider and Message Bearer for the Chapel.
