Stanley Maszczak (he/they) is an ordained minister at the Chapel, military retiree, transpersonal coach, and DEI facilitator. His work has been greatly impacted by his journey out of fundamentalist Christianity in his youth and early adulthood, as a gay and gender nonconforming person. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve for more than 20 years, including three combat tours, both during the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy era and after its repeal. He worked in military police, public affairs, radio & television, before spending his last several years supporting the Equal Opportunity and Harassment Prevention & Response Programs. Stanley joined the Chapel in January 2018, served a term as Board President, and currently serves as our newsletter editor, website manager, and sunrise meditation facilitator.

She is a Reiki Master, intuitive spiritual practitioner, and longtime hospice volunteer whose work is centered in presence, empathy, and the sacred journey of the soul. Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Saint Leo University, blending academic study with spiritual exploration and metaphysical practice. Professionally, she serves as Manager of Health Information Management for Bon Secours Hampton Roads facilities. Angela believes that healing begins with love, awareness, and remembering the divine light within each person. Her life’s work is devoted to serving others with grace, wisdom, and an open heart.

His lifelong curiosity about both science and spirituality led him to explore many different religions before discovering metaphysics. Branden found the Chapel in October 2024, became an active member two weeks later, and was baptized by Rev. Bill Whitley that November. Since then, he has felt a strong calling to serve. You can often find him supporting Sunday Services and the Psychic Fair in person, as well as opening the Chapel on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays for our Spiritual & Psychic Development class, helping others join both in person and online. Branden serves on the board of directors as the vice president and is a Chapel Spiritual Healer.
