Tips for Sunday Services on Zoom
-
Please ensure your name (or what you’d like us to call you) is displayed (first name is fine). If not, you can click/tap the three dots next to your name and then click/tap “rename” to update it.
-
Please keep your microphone muted during our services so we can minimize background noise. This includes during our congregational singing—because we’re online, our voices will never align in time… so … we stay muted and enjoy the personal singalong.
-
We welcome you to join the Breakout Room before services to talk with other online attendees there. (See FAQs for instructions.)
-
Please keep your video on throughout our services if you’re comfortable doing so! We love to see your faces!

Getting onto Zoom
Our Sunday Services and the vast majority of our events take place in our Chapel Personal Meeting Room (PMR), unless otherwise noted.
You will need the free Zoom app downloaded on your computer or mobile device to join our hybrid or virtual event. You can create a free Zoom account and download the app through Zoom.com, or through your device's app store.
Once you have it downloaded, you can click the "Join Meeting" button above to be automatically connected via Zoom. (Or, scroll down to the FAQ section for additional connection information, including dial-in numbers to join via telephone and listen to audio only.)
Depending on your device settings, the link below will first take you to a new browser window, and then ask for your permission to open the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device.
How to Connect Virtually
We use Zoom for our hybrid and virtual services and events, and typically use the same Personal Meeting Room access information; clicking the button below should open a new window, and ask your permission to launch Zoom and join the meeting. If not, check your browser settings, or scroll down for more info on joining the Zoom meeting.
