About the Lecturer
Robyn Frost was introduced to the Chapel in 1999 by her mother, Liz Cutshaw. Today, she lives in Norfolk with her husband, Richard, on property that is on its way to becoming a self-sustaining farmstead. There are plenty of fruit trees, vegetables - and even chickens! - in her backyard.
An active language learner, Robyn speaks French, German and Spanish. Her favorite book is the Bhagavad-Gita, yet she finds the most truth and wisdom comes from observing Nature.
