Susan Jarek’s path to healing began with a profound, spontaneous spiritual awakening sparked by a deeply resonant soul-to-soul energetic connection. This experience catalyzed a kundalini rising that reshaped her life and called her into a lifelong journey of inner transformation. She describes the spiritual path as one of courage and surrender—requiring us to face fears, release illusions, and integrate shadow—yet also rich with moments of clarity, radiance, and profound connection to the universe. This lived experience continues to shape the heart of her healing work.

Susan is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and more than two decades of experience in both clinical and holistic healing environments. She blends grounded mental health care with intuitive and energetic healing in a way that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

As a Certified Medical Intuitive and Advanced Practitioner of Meridian Energetics®, Susan works with the body’s subtle energy systems to address imbalances at their root—often before they manifest physically. Meridian Energetics® is a multidimensional healing modality that incorporates a 12-chakra system and the meridian network to release energetic blockages, clear stored trauma, and restore flow and harmony. Using intuitive diagnostics, subtle anatomy, and higher-consciousness guidance, Susan helps clients access deep realignment and clarity. Sessions are often experienced as deeply clarifying and transformative, supporting a return to alignment with the client’s true nature and inner wisdom.

In addition to her clinical and intuitive work, Susan is a Reiki Master and has received extensive one-on-one mentorship from a trained shamanic practitioner. Her studies include soul retrievals, power animal retrievals, extraction work, death and dying transitions, and shadow integration. This immersive training has expanded her ability to support healing across multiple levels of being.
