Board of Directors Meeting (Monthly)

The Board of Directors usually meets on the first Sunday of the month following Chapel services from 1pm-3pm, unless otherwise noted.**

Board meetings are now joint with the Board of Ministers, which sends at least one representative, and these meetings are open for non-board members to sit in and observe, or to make presentations with proposals they've submitted. Board meetings are a great way to find out what kinds of things we're planning and thinking about.

Proposals (e.g. requests for classes, events, other discussion topics, etc.) should be submitted to the Board at least two weeks prior to a meeting whenever possible, so all directors and ministers have an opportunity to review beforehand. ** In 2026, the following changes were made to the Board meeting schedule:

• April meeting moved to the 2nd Sunday, April 12th, to accommodate Easter on the 1st Sunday

• July - no meeting (reminder)

• September meeting moved back to August 30th (5th Sunday in August) to accommodate Labor Day holiday (1st Sunday in September).
