Objective: To provide ideal conditions and coaching to help people see the etheric layer of their aura with their physical eyes, and possible learn to see the more colorful auric egg.
We will start with some instructional preparation, move into a short meditation to lift people's energy, and then we'll dim the lights a bit and have a practical session to walk people through a method to intensify the auric energy and to work in a way that they can be sure they are seeing their etheric body, and not merely an afterimage of their hands. Finally, we'll work for a short time practicing seeing each other's larger auric egg.
